How the process works
Record your episode
Record your episode and then save your audio file (.wav or .mp3) in your Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link. We’ll take it from there.
We edit for content
We will edit the entire content of your show. We’ll remove any “Ums”, awkward pauses, and anything else you don’t want, to make the listening experience enjoyable for your listener. We’ll also add in the intro, outro, and show music as required.

Using the best tools available our audio engineer will master, level, and normalize your audio so that each and every episode sounds like a professional production. That’s because it is!
Create detailed show notes
After the audio work is done we listen through the entire episode and create detailed show notes, complete with show summary, resource links, and quotes from the episode.
Create custom art work
Now that your episode sounds great we need to make the matching blog post look awesome too with a custom designed featured image.
Ready to publish
With all the elements ready to go we will now upload the episode to your media host and create a draft blog post on your WordPress site for you to review. All you need to do is hit PUBLISH and your new episode is now live! (We can even schedule it for promotion on your social media if you like.)

What is a podcast?
Can you help me launch my new show?
Yes, for sure! Launching a new show can be a lengthy and frustrating process. We’ve launched multiple podcast shows so are well versed with the process. It can take anything from a few days to a couple of weeks on average to get a show up on itunes after submission, but we recommend you engage us at least 4-6 weeks ahead of launch date to launch properly and collect all the assets required to get you going. So careful planning, timing and execution is required to make your launch successful. Check out our New Show Set Up package for more info.
How long does it take to produce each episode?
As podcasters ourselves we understand the importance of having a consistent publishing schedule. Our process takes on average 7 days from receiving your audio file to having it on your media host and blog ready for you to hit ‘publish’. So we recommend that you factor that into your publishing schedule.
How many shows per month do your packages cover?
All packages will cover up to 4 episodes per month. We realise that some individuals want to publish weekly, whilst others prefer once or twice a month. So we let you decide on your frequency.
Is there a minimum contract commitment for your monthly packages?
No, you pay upfront for one month of service and should you decide that you no longer require the service just let us know and we’ll cancel your subscription. We’ll still remain friends afterwards.
What’s the best way to conduct an interview?
In person interviews in a studio with quality microphone and recording equipment will get the best results. If you can’t get in the same room with your guests, Skype combined with eCamm call recorder (Mac) or Pamela for Skype (PC) works great.
How do I get more listeners and/or downloads?
Getting more listeners and downloads starts with having a professionally produced show. We recommend booking a complimentary strategy session to better understand your production needs.
What media hosting platform do you recommend?
There are several hosting platforms that you can choose from that all have different features and benefits. We typically suggest Libsyn or SoundCloud.
Do I need a website for my podcast show?
Yes, you’ll need a website. We recommend a self-hosted WordPress site.
